What we collect
When you book: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and booking details. When an operator signs up: business name, contact details, and listing content. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never touch Crusoe's servers.
How we use it
To arrange and confirm bookings (including sharing your name, party size, and arrival details with the operator you book), to notify operators over WhatsApp, to process payments and refunds, to compute operator performance metrics, and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to run Crusoe: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), PagueloFacil (payment processing), and Twilio (WhatsApp messaging). Each processes data only to provide their service.
Retention and your choices
Booking records are kept for accounting and dispute purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; we will honor requests except where records must be retained by law.
